Web Designer-Developer

POSITION: Part-time Web Designer

COMPANY: Drexel University College of Arts & Sciences

LOCATION: Drexel University, MacAlister Hall

REQUIREMENTS: Drexel’s College of Arts & Sciences is looking for a web designer with a thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, User Interface and Graphic Design. The candidate should be comfortable designing web pages from initial concept to coded completion. Ability to create quick design mockups (in Photoshop, etc.) a plus. PHP and WordPress experience a plus.

DUTIES: The Part-time Web Designer will be responsible for the maintenance of existing CoAS websites along with the design and development of new pages or websites down the road. Graphic design duties will arise to complement web content or promote upcoming events. Design work can be done remotely, but the candidate should be able to attend occasional on-site meetings (MacAlister Hall) with regular communication via phone or email.

COMPENSATION: $18/hour
