SCDC Offers International Co-op Opportunities

The Steinbright Career Development Center (SCDC) currently has co-op opportunities in China, Brazil, Ireland and Africa. These are all posted online for A-round.

• On Bioko Island, off the coast of Africa, co-op students can participate in field work in pristine rainforests, ranging from sea level to more than 10,000 ft in altitude. The island has seven species of rare monkeys and four species of nesting sea turtles.
• EMC Corporation has a co-op position available in Cork, Ireland. EMC is a world leader in providing systems, software and services that allow businesses to harness their most important asset—information. EMC helps customers design, build and manage intelligent, flexible and secure information infrastructures.
• In Shanghai, China, a Drexel alumnus has developed opportunities through his professional contacts, specifically for Drexel co-op students. These firms are recruiting students to work in the IT field.
• Outside of Sao Paulo, Brazil, a co-op employer has a Web designer and a Web developer position available for interested students.
