LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA (Old City)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of professional web development ( including dynamic database driven sites – eCommerce experience a plus )
• Available for full-time employment (not a position for co-op or part-time freelance/hired contractor)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills a must
• Advanced standards-based XHTML & CSS
• Advanced JavaScript ( experience with one or more libraries – such as YUI, jQuery, or Ext )
• Knowledge of Accessibility & Usability best practices and latest techniques ( Section 508, WCAG )
•  Working Knowledge of server-side technologies ( Cold Fusion, ASP, .NET, Ruby on Rails, etc. )
• Photoshop
• ActionScript experience a plus
• Search Engine Optimization knowledge a plus

DUTIES:

• Working with designers to translate comps into functional, standards-based XHTML & CSS
• Working with back-end developers to implement XHTML & CSS templates with custom CMS/eCommerce platforms
• Enhancing user-facing & admin-interface user experience with interactivity via JS/ActionScript

COMPENSATION: Full-time with benefits, salary based on experience
