I heard through the grapevine that my company (M3 Media- Health Division) is looking for co-ops asap. The job is doing basic flash work (fixing text, broken tweens, skinning buttons, you get the idea.) They said that they MIGHT be able to pay the person (provided they aren’t looking for too much.) The company is in Norristown, but it is close to a train station so public transportation is an option. I was talking to my friends in Graphic Design and they were telling me that so many of their classmates do not have a co-op opportunity because of the economic situation facing so many companies. I hope this is not the case for my fellow DIGM students but if it is, can you please pass this opportunity on to those looking for co-ops? I learned so much information at E-City Interactive for my internship and I understand the importance of work experience and networking, whether the opportunity is paid or not.
