Night Kitchen Interactive is looking for a talented interactive design intern trained in Web and Multimedia production for the spring of 2010. The intern’s role will be to support the Creative Director and the design team in designing Web and Multimedia interfaces, graphics and content elements. This position requires fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash (layout and animation, not coding).
The candidate should be creative, responsible, hard working and exhibit strong communication skills. In turn, while at Night Kitchen Interactive the intern will learn how to function as a key member of a professional interactive design team, helping to produce multimedia projects from creative conception through design and implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary tasks will involve design and development of Web and multimedia projects including interface design, graphic production and processing, animation, quality assurance testing and documentation development. The intern will also be expected to do a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: archiving, mailings, data and word processing.
TIMEFRAME
16 hours per week for 16 weeks between January 11th and April 30 th, 2010.
STIPEND $2,000 paid in 4 installments.
