COMPANY: Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in graphic design, digital media, interactive design, or similar field and a minimum 3 years experience Communications Designer will help manage and produce all creative assets for the college. This position will be responsible for the layout, design, and production of communication materials from conceptual state to completion across both print and online/interactive mediums. Other responsibilities will include short video production and editing for the PCOM website, Facebook page, You Tube channel, and electronic print materials. The Communication Designer will develop and maintain brand standards and style guides, ensuring the consistency of visual brand expression in all communications, and across all marketing and social media vehicles.

COMPENSATION: Full time (80 hours biweekly), salaried position with competitive benefits package. Salary range to be discussed at time of interview

This event is open to the public.


H5 in Wonderland is an internet-based fantasy experience built around the children’s classic Alice in Wonderland. Utilizing HTML5 and JavaScript, we created a digital world that seamlessly combines the whimsical spirit of Wonderland with the techniques learned in Digital Media. The experience is composed of goal-directed animations punctuated by mini games at each level.


Click-In is a simple sign-in system that dramatically enhances the experience of signing guests into Drexel dormitories. Replacing the old pen & paper process that exists today, Click-In creates a pain-free experience for residents, guests, and housing staff.


Bombs Away is a video game which features 3D visuals, fast-paced fun and online multiplayer. When playing Bombs Away, you can choose either PC or iPad and your experience depends on your choice. Four PC players compete as Bots vying to be the ‘Last Bot Standing’, while an iPad player takes the role of the Overseer, controlling the stage and clearing out all the Bots.


Grammar Trainer is a program designed for the iPad to teach autistic children the nuances of grammar and syntax. This is a re-design of an existing web application created by Katharine Beals, Ph.D. and Felicia Hurewitz, Ph.D.


Visualize the Past is an interactive, mobile experience aimed to help the average person visualize historical sites that no longer exist. Using a mobile device equipped for augmented reality, users will be able to see a three dimensional model of a building projected in the spot where it once stood. In addition, a mobile website will provide photographs, videos and other media to help tell the story of the building.


Anywhere But Here is a tale of two men, Horace and Krog, struggling against all odds to escape a dreary existence. Once they team up, their hopes are restored and they soar to new heights.

Free People is looking to hire a Loyalty Marketing Analyst to play an integral role in the creation and implementation of a unique and innovative engagement program, as well as strategizing and managing the details of marketing for the program once launched.

Description:
 
Free People, a boutique lifestyle fashion brand under the Urban Outfitters, Inc. umbrella, is hiring for a Loyalty Marketing Analyst position. This role will reside within the Free People Direct Marketing team and will be critical in building and executing a unique and innovative program that reflects the brand. The program is intended to drive revenue, while increasing customer activation and engagement, reducing churn and improving customer loyalty. Currently, in its initial design phase, this position will be largely responsible for helping to both technically and creatively build a program from the ground up in collaboration with the Marketing and CRM team.

The role requires a smart, enthusiastic, self-sufficient person to join our team to outline the underlying mechanics of a program, as well as grow and manage the program following launch. Candidates will be exposed to and have access to the best of breed ecommerce, CRM, and mobile and game systems with which to make their vision a reality.

The individual must exhibit excellent analytical skills, strong creativity, and flawless attention to detail across analytical, project management, and loyalty marketing areas.  The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, great creative instincts, and experience in digital media, gaming, and direct marketing. 

Principle Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing, ecommerce, and IT teams to establish framework and execution of a loyalty program
  • Coordinate the development of the program, understanding technical system interactions and documenting requirements
  • Manage all documentation and deliverable timeline throughout creation and launch of program
  • Work with team to develop marketing/communication strategies to maximize results
  • Manage loyalty marketing campaign development and execution
  • Identify customer insights through data mining and report building, surveys, and direct communication with loyalty members
  • Provide post execution analysis of campaigns
  • Manage vendor relationship communications and campaign execution

Required Knowledge / Skills:

  • College/University degree (BS) in Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing or similar field
  • 2+ years of applicable employment, or examples of research or coursework in applicable areas of interest
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing channels including email & direct mail, social media, catalog, and mobile
  • Gaming, digital media experience, or affinity and understanding of game-based and loyalty marketing preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in customer insights/data mining; SQL skills desired
  • Strong analytical skills and report building capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluency with gaming and game mechanic trends and terminology in the web, mobile and social channels highly desired
  • Interest in retail, sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborative mentality…excited to work with a team and make fun things happen
